Christian is an intellectual property lawyer and former member of the Swedish Bar Association. He holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree as well as a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (BBA), both from Lund University.
Christian has specialised in intellectual property law since 2014, with a particular focus on trademarks, designs, copyright and marketing law, as well as contractual matters within these areas. He has extensive experience representing clients before the Swedish Intellectual Property Office (PRV) and the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO), as well as in proceedings before the Swedish Patent and Market Courts and the Court of Justice of the European Union. Over the years, Christian has acted as legal counsel in several high-profile court proceedings within his areas of expertise.
From 2014 to 2026, Christian worked at Lindahl, one of Sweden’s largest commercial law firms, where he was a member of the Swedish Bar Association from 2017 to 2026. In 2026, Christian joined Bjerkén Hynell.
